We are happy to inform you that RC Delhi-1 is organizing an awareness campaign on “Vittiya Saksharta Abhiyan” for creating awareness among IGNOU learners
and
RC staff on 9th December,
2016 in the Library Hall (1st floor) from 11:30 am. to 1:00 pm. This is a Govt. of India initiative to promote Cashless Society/Economy through e-transaction.
In this connection, we are inviting a representative from IGNOU’s official banking partner, UBI, New Delhi, to explain the basics of e-transaction to our learners so that in turn they will be working as “e-kranti volunteers” (Training of Trainers – TOT Scheme).

give your valuable inputs and share your experiences to make this volunteering initiative a great success. A
small video is being prepared by EMPC to cover the campaign.
