celebrated its 33rd Convocation. Shri. Ramesh Pokhriyal “Nishank”, Hon. HRD
Minister is Chief Guest. IGNOU VC Prof.K.Nageshwar Rao presided. One of the
highlights of the today’s Convocation is that, large number of Gold Medalists
and PhD Awardees from across the Country personally received Degrees from Chief
Guest. Nearly, 230000 students from across the World, mostly from India were
awarded Degrees
