IGNOU Admission 2019: UG , PG, Diploma Re-registration date extended till May 31

The Indira Gandhi National Open University, IGNOU has extended the last date for re-registration till May 31 for UG and PG semester programs. Candidates can apply on the official website of IGNOU before 31st May for semester programmes. However, this is applicable to only those students who have already enrolled in PG and UG courses, and want to re-register for the next year/semester of the respective course. Students can submit the form irrespective of their submitted projects in the previous exams. The re-registration process started for the batches of Master Degree, Bachelors Degree and selected PG Diplomas for July 2018 session.

Instruction to Fill Application Form Online

Before filling the re-registration application form, candidates should read the following instructions:

1.  First-time applicants are advised to click the respective programme tab on the home page of Online Re-registration System and select the particular programme. Then, carefully read the course details, credits, project work of programme, including fee details, eligibility criteria, duration, etc.
2.  Applicants are requested to download the IGNOU Common Prospectus 2018-19 and read carefully the rules of the university as mentioned. Read the section 1,7,8,9,12 and 13 carefully before filling the online application form for re-registration.

Steps to fill the online application form for re-registration:

• Visit the official website on IGNOU
• Click on “Register Online”, on the homepage, and scroll down to “Re-registration” tab
• Click on the "LOGIN" button of Online Re-registration system and login with the assigned Username (Enrolment Number) and password
• From the available groups, select the respective course details
• Save the selections and click on next button
• Confirm the details, check the self-declaration box, and click on the "Accept & Proceed Payment" button
• Pay the Re-registration fee through net banking or debit/credit card
• After making the payment, click the "NEXT" button
• Save and Print the form for future reference

Candidates are advised to keep their enrollment number, mobile number, and email ID with them for future reference, and contact the respective regional center of IGNOU for confirming any specific details.
